Informuojame, kad Milžinų uogynas (toliau – valdytojas) yra duomenų valdytojas, kuris tvarkys šiuos Jūsų įmonės darbuotojų duomenis – vardą, pavardę, elektroninio pašto adresą, telefono numerį, įmonės pavadinimą ir jos rekvizitus. Duomenys bus tvarkomi informacijos apie klientus ir suteiktas paslaugas administravimo, tinkamo įrenginių techninio aptarnavimo/remonto paslaugų suteikimo, buhalterinės apskaitos (pvz., sąskaitų išrašymo) tikslais. Duomenų tvarkymo teisinis pagrindas – sutartinių įsipareigojimų vykdymas.
Nors valdytojo darbuotojai, priklausomai nuo atliekamų remonto darbų specifikos, gali turėti atsitiktinę prieigą prie įrenginio naudotojų duomenų (pvz., užsakovo darbuotojų) duomenų, visus įsipareigojimus jų duomenų atžvilgiu vykdo užsakovas. Valdytojas neprisiima jokios atsakomybės nei už subjektų informavimą ar jų teisių įgyvendinimą, nei už duomenų saugumą.
Duomenys bus išsaugomi Milžinų uogynas sistemoje ir valdytojo naudojamose ERP sistemose.
Duomenys bus tvarkomi 1 (vienerius) metus nuo jų gavimo ir pasibaigus šiam terminui bus saugiai ir negrįžtamai ištrinti.
Duomenų subjektai turi teisę susipažinti su valdytojo tvarkomais jų asmens duomenimis, reikalauti juos ištaisyti, ištrinti, apriboti jų tvarkymą, taip pat kitas teisės aktuose numatytas teises.

Please be informed that Milžinų uogynas (hereinafter – controller) is the data controller and will process the following data of your company’s employees – name, surname, email, telephone number, company name and details of the company. This data will be processed for the administration of information about clients and provided services, for the proper technical support/repair services of devices, and for accounting purposes (e.g. invoicing). The legal basis for the processing of the data is the performance of contractual obligations.
Although controllers staff, depending on the specifics of the work performed, may have accidental access to the device users (e.g. clients employees) data, all obligations in relation to their data are performed by the client. The controller doesn’t accept any liability for providing any information to the data subjects or fulfilling of theirs rights or for the security of the data.
The data will be stored in the Milžinų uogynas system and in internal ERP systems used by the controller.
The data will be processed for 1 (one) year from the date it’s received and after this retention period will be deleted securely and irrecoverable.
